Benvenuti a Villa Lydia Venturi, sommersa nel verde minerbiese dove troverai pace, tranquillità per un totale relax. Le nostre camere non sono perfette come trovereste altrove, ma con arredamento di fine '800\inizi '900 secondo la nostra idea di farvi vivere come vivevano i nostri nonni. A tanti potrebbe piacere e ad altri no, ma per molti può essere una prima esperienza interessante.Esternamente Villa Venturi è ancora sotto restauro lato Est ed Ovest.Abbiamo ampio parcheggio ombreggiato da alberi ad alto fusto.La regola primaria della nostra accoglienza è farvi sentire come se voi foste nella vostra seconda casa.Attualmente abbiamo 2 camere al terzo piano con ampio bagno in comune. Delle altre 5 camere, 2 saranno pronte fra circa un mese ed una di esse sarà una suite imperiale italiano con arredamento originale dell'800 ed letto matrimoniale con solo lenzuola di canapa di 100 anni fa. Le rimanenti 3 camere, 2 matrimoniali ed una singola, saranno pronte per Settembre. FUMARE È CONCESSO SOLO FUORI DAL PERIMETRO DELLA CASA. Le nostre camere come affitto breve vanno da 1 giorno ad massimo 15 giorni. Per Settembre avremo la possibilità di ospitare anche coloro che hanno K9, sarà richiesto copia assicurativa..

Welcome to the Lydia Venturi Villa, which is immersed in the Minerbio countryside where you will find peace, tranquility, and all-encompassing relaxation. Our rooms are simple and not ultra modernized like you would find elsewhere. Rather, they are filled with late 19th century and early 18th century furniture to provide a sense of how our grandparents lived. It may not be the perfect fit for everyone, but it is a worthwhile experience. Externally, the eastern and western sides of Villa Venturi are still under restauration. We have ample shaded parking underneath tall trees. The first rule for our accommodation is to make you feel as if you were in your second home. We have 2 rooms on the third floor with a large bathroom in common. Of the other 5 rooms, 2 will be ready in about a month, and one of these will be an Imperial Italian styled suite with original late 19th century furniture and a double bed with 100 year old hemp sheets. The remaining 3 rooms, two double and one single, will be ready in September. SMOKING IS ONLY ALLOWED OUTSIDE THE PERIMETER OF THE HOUSE. Our short-term rooms can be reserved for a minimum of 1 day to a maximum of 15 days. In September, we will have the opportunity to host even those with dogs, and prof insurance is required.
